My intention for this project is to convey how it feels to be happy in your skin. Exercise helps me attune to my body, to feel my feet, my hands, my chest and become more fully present; it helps me ground myself and better understand the world around me. Through playful color and shape, and using gesture to create a sense of motion, I want to celebrate equality - that anyone and every body can in their own way enjoy being a part of nature and being alive. - Quinn Bowman
